Key Information

Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

Job Details

As ITSM Engineer - Freshworks, you will be required to optimize and deliver efficient IT services by managing the design, implementation, and improvement of processes and tools supporting incident resolution, service requests, and change management within the IT service management (ITSM) framework.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate must have A-Levels in Maths & English or equivalent experience in a similar role.
