Commencement on the salary range is subject to comparable skills and experience. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

Job Details

Summary of Role

The Trial Manager will have responsibility for a portfolio of trials related to the development of the magnetic resonance linear accelerator (MR LInac; Elekta Unity ®). They will need to support data collection and entry and facilitate transfer of data to the manufacturer and other members of the machine development consortium. As such the post holder will need to work with clinical and non clinical staff across the Department of Radiotherapy in a number of clinical units.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate must have be educated to at least degree level in life sciences/nursing with GCP knowledge/training and 12-18 months or more experience in oncology clinical trial administration/delivery.

The Clinical Trial Manager will work within the Department of Radiotherapy Clinical Trials Unit which undertakes research trials in radiotherapy and urological cancers.
