Key Information

Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

Job Details

The ERP Implementation Lead for Finance will be responsible for co-ordinating and driving the development, design and delivery of the Finance workstream activities, to support the successful implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Working collaboratively with the HR, Research Management, Digital Services and Stratus Programme teams to ensure that all Finance-related processes are aligned with the ERP system’s requirements.

They will also work collaboratively with third parties, including implementation partners.

This role involves managing change, supporting the transition, and coordinating all Finance functions and ensuring the relevant training, communication, employee data migration, and compliance requirements are fully met.

The role will be the “go to” person for the Finance workstream and will ensure that operational teams are up to date on workstream progress, and that cross functional input required is well-planned to minimise the impact on operations.


Key Requirements

The successful candidate must be educated to a degree level in a relevant field or have equivalent experience along with being a qualified accounted. Strong project management and leadership experience will be highly desirable.
