The ERP Implementation Lead for HR is responsible for co-ordinating and driving the development, design and delivery of the HR workstream activities, to support the successful implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Working collaboratively with the Finance, Research Management, Digital Services and Stratus Programme teams to ensure that all HR/Finance/Research Management-related processes are aligned with the ERP system’s requirements.
The role will also work collaboratively with third parties, including implementation partners.
This role involves managing change, supporting the transition, and coordinating all HR functions and ensuring the relevant training, communication, employee data migration, and compliance requirements are fully met.
The role will be the “go to” person for the HR workstream and will ensure that operational teams are up to date on workstream progress, and that cross functional input required is well-planned to minimise the impact on operations.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate must have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as well as a HR Professional qualification or accreditation. Strong project management and leadership experience will be highly desirable.
