Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. 
Duration of ContractFixed Term for 18 months 
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time) - open to job share applicants
Location: Sutton/Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working.

This is an exciting and transformative time for the HR Directorate as we begin to implement a new People Strategy and an ERP system (Oracle) to better support the ICR in achieving its mission of making the discoveries that defeat cancer.

We are seeking 2 HR Change Partners to join our team and share their expertise, improving the employee experience, leading on manager development initiatives and driving leadership effectiveness.   

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Operations and Learning & Development professionals to design and implement initiatives that enhance managerial capabilities, improve employee engagement, and foster a culture of high performance.

About You

We are looking for HR professionals with a broad generalist background but with a keen interest and experience in creating, developing and implementing specific programmes of work to support organisational change and a culture of continuous improvement - whether that be through management and leadership development, coaching and mentoring schemes, skills analysis and workforce planning, apprenticeships, developing career path frameworks or employee empowerment and engagement initiatives.
