As part of a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of cancer research, clinical trials, and healthcare innovation, you’ll provide a high-quality, professional, and customer-focused recruitment service. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across a range of specialist areas to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define sourcing strategies
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle—from attraction and selection to onboarding
  • Issuing offer letters and employment contracts
  • Proactively sourcing talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn and industry events
  • Building strong pipelines in specialist areas like research, therapeutics, and healthcare administration
  • Driving diversity and inclusion through equitable recruitment practices

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration processes (or willingness to learn)
  • Passion for candidate experience and continuous process improvement
  • A commitment to inclusivity and fair hiring practices

We recognise that talented, passionate individuals are the driving force behind ICR’s success.
