Key Information

Salary: £41,600 - £46,592 per annum
Duration of Contract: Fixed Term until the end of October 2026.
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)
Location: Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working. There will be a minimum of two days in the office and more as required by the phase of the programme.
Closing Date: 8 February 2026. The role may close early if enough suitable candidates are shortlisted before that date.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery officer to join the PMO team on the ICR's Stratus Programme. You will be joining the programme which started in early 2025 to implement Oracle across three workstreams - finance, human resources and research management. The programme is part of the ICR's strategic commitment to develop an excellent organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery working with the programme's PMO. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the programme and third-party suppliers, align to plan and deliverables, highlighting potential risk and issues and highlighting resourcing conflict.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and training sessions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Manage and co-ordinate team diaries.
  • Capture and record actions from meetings, ensuring these are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reporting templates for stakeholder and progress meetings, sending reminders for submissions and contributions.
  • Lead on and own project trackers, including RAID log, supporting Programme Director and Project teams to ensure all new risks are captured as well as mitigations being followed and update.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previously worked on Oracle implementation programmes and is familiar with the product as well as the various phases of an ERP programme. As you will be joining half way through the programme, you will need to be confident joining a busy, fast moving programme with a proactive approach to day to day project tasks. 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of project support on an Oracle Implementation project
  • Project Management / Programme Management qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail skills. 
  • Experience in supporting muti-vendor, including third party projects
