Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Change and Problem Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analysing, and implementing effective solutions to challenges and opportunities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and assess potential and existing problems and change requests.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyse root causes of problems and develop solutions that address them effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication and alignment during change initiatives.
  • Track progress of change initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
  • Document processes and procedures related to change management.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
